What are your shipping policies?

  • Crafty Ramen Market is dedicated to giving our customers a high-quality experience from start to finish in the process of ordering, shipping, and receiving our products in the best possible condition.
  • Our order cut-off for the following week's delivery dates is Sunday at 11:59 pm. Customers select a shipping date at checkout and receive an email notification the day before your delivery. On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an SMS notification with a time window of when to expect your order. Once your order has been delivered you will receive a final SMS with a notification and an image of where your box was left. 
  • We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping fresh products, and take many measures to ensure your food arrives cold. However, once we have passed the package on to our shipping partners, there are a number of things outside of our control that can affect the quality of your experience.
  • Crafty Ramen is unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Most of our shipping partners will deliver between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If you are planning an event around the arrival of our food, we advise that you order to receive it 1-2 days before the event. Depending on which product you are receiving, it will retain freshness in the fridge for at least 3 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months. 
  • Shipping costs vary depending on order size and region. Shipping can range from $4.99-$10.99 on one-time orders. Shipping on subscription orders under $50 ranges from $4.99-$8.99 and is free for orders over $50. 
  • Crafty Ramen is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
  • Crafty Ramen does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. As products are fresh and shipped cold, our shipping partners are unable to store them. Please order our products when you know you will be available to receive the package as near to the time of its delivery as possible.
  • Please double check your shipping information has been entered correctly. Customers are responsible for ensuring the name, address, and all other required information are correct. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information and have already placed your order, please reach out to orders@craftyramen.com to notify us of the correction ASAP.
