I can't log in to my account!

Let's find out why, step-by-step:

1. Have you created an account?

Before you can access your account, an account needs to be set up. Even if you have already gone ahead with purchasing your first subscription order, you will still need to connect your email and subscription to a password to make changes through an account. 

Create a Crafty Account with the email you used to order your subscription to make changes to your profile or orders. This can also be accessed from the Login page by choosing Create Account.

2. Did you forget your password?

No worries! You can Reset Your Password any time. This can also be accessed from the Login page by choosing Recover Password. 

You must already have created an account to reset your password. If you haven't set up an account already, please see above.

3. Still having trouble logging in?

You can Request an Account Invite. This will send you a personalized link made specifically for your account, which expires in 24hours after being sent. This can also be accessed from the Login page by choosing Click Here under "Having trouble logging in to manage your subscription?".

Please note that it may take a few minutes for this email to be sent to you as your personalized link is being generated.
