How does sending a ramen gift work?

All you need is your recipient's name and email.

So you want to give the gift of ramen? Here's how it works;

When you make your purchase, you'll be able to choose the date on which the receiver gets their gift via email notification, allowing you to preplan your gift for a birthday or other special occasion. You can also include a personal message! 

To make it as easy and stress-free as possible, all YOU have to do is choose how many items you'd like to send and how many months you would like them to receive them. The receiver will choose their own options and schedule their delivery date. 

Want to get crafty with your gift? 
Many of our gift givers use their own email as the recipient. Then they add all of the information on how to redeem, plus added personalization, into a physical gift!

A few other notes:

  • Items will arrive either One-Time, Once a Month for 3 Months, or Once a Month for 6 Months, as stated in the gift description.
  • The number of items shown on the card is the number of items that will be delivered at each delivery (i.e. 4 Items for 3 Months = 12 Items enjoyed total!).
  • Shipping is FREE on every order.
  • Taxes are already applied for your gift - they will not be added at checkout as they would for a regular purchase.
  • Prepaid gifts do not have an expiration date before use
  • Prepaid gifts can only be used on and are not valid for our restaurants in-store or takeout. 
    • Prepaid gifts cannot be returned, exchanged for cash value, or refunded
    • Prepaid gifts that are greater than Once a Month for 3 Months or Once a Month for 6 Months will require the gift recipient use a valid credit card during purchase. The credit card will not be charged unless the gift recipient explicitly adds additional items to their prepaid subscription.
