Do I need to defrost my Ramen Meal Kit before cooking?

For the best quality, our head chef recommends defrosting your ramen meal kit in the fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking. 

Please note that our kits are good for up to 3 days refrigerated and up to 1 year in the freezer. Please refer to the best before date sticker on the box.
