How are my food orders packaged and shipped?

We take every measure necessary to ensure your products are packed safely and arrive cold. We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping perishable products. Products are packed and shipped using a combination of dry ice or frozen gel packs, and insulated packaging. We have conducted a number of tests to ensure that these packages maintain food-safe temperatures throughout the shipping process.
