Do I need to be home to receive my order?

We do not require a signature on deliveries!

Our products are delivered to your door in temperature-controlled boxes that will keep products cool throughout delivery. Please plan to retrieve your package within the same evening of delivery, as you will want to get these items into the freezer. 

Please note, our products are not guaranteed to arrive completely frozen. Some thawing may occur during delivery, however if the product is still solid to the touch there should be no concern for food safety. You can rest assured they were frozen at the time of packing, and the shelf life on the label is still guaranteed. You may also safely refreeze the product from semi-thawed.
