How do I update my billing information?

After subscribing, make sure that you have created an account in order to use the following steps!

Make changes by logging in here and using the following steps:

Update Billing Address

  1. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
  2. Select Billing Information from the navigation bar.
  3. Click on your Billing Address that you would like to change.
  4. Enter your new billing address information into the Edit billing address pop-up.
  5. Click UPDATE in order to save your information and make sure that your next order goes through properly.
  6. If you have updated your billing address successfully, it will now show in your Billing Information.

Update Credit Card Information

  1. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
  2. Select Billing Information from the navigation bar.
  3. Click on you Card on File that you would like to change.
  4. Enter your new credit card information into the Edit card pop-up.
  5. Click UPDATE CARD in order to save your information and make sure that your next order goes through properly.
  6. If you have updated your credit card information successfully, it will now show in your Billing Information.
