After subscribing, make sure that you have created an account in order to use the following steps!
Make changes by logging in here and using the following steps:
Update Billing Address
- Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
- Select Payment Methods from the navigation bar.
- Click the ⌄ to expand the billing information from the credit card that you would like to update and choose Edit Payment Method under the address that you would like to change.
- Enter your new billing address information into the Billing Address pop-up.
- Click UPDATE in order to save your information and make sure that your next order goes through properly.
- If you have updated your billing address successfully, it will now show in your Payment Methods tab.

Update Credit Card Information
- Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
- Select Payment Methods from the navigation bar.
- Click the Add New Payment Method button.
- Enter your new credit card information into the Add payment method pop-up.
- Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD in order to save your information. Your new card will appear along with your old one.
- Select Shipping from the navigation bar.
- Click the ⌄ to expand the payment method window and choose Change Payment Method under your old credit card.
- Select your new card from the available options and click SAVE in order to attach your new credit card to your subscription.
- You will now be able to remove your old credit card from your Payment Methods if desired, as it will no longer be attached to your subscription.
