Delivery dates can easily be changed from your Crafty Account *before* your next billing date. For orders already processed, reach out to email@example.com
Make changes by logging in here and using the following steps:
- Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
- Select Edit beside the subscription that you would like to edit.
- Click the DD-MM-YYYY that shows your next delivery date.
- Select any of the available dates from the calendar pop-up.
- Click SUBMIT below the new delivery date (shown in DD-MM-YYYY). Please double check that your delivery date has been updated so that your order is delivered on your preferred date.
