How do I change my delivery date?

Delivery dates can easily be changed from your Crafty Account *before* your next billing date. For orders already processed, reach out to

Make changes by logging in here and using the following steps:

  1. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions on your account page (under Your Orders). Not able to log in to your account? Find out why here.
  2. Select Edit beside the subscription that you would like to edit.
  3. Click the DD-MM-YYYY that shows your next delivery date.
  4. Select any of the available dates from the calendar pop-up.
  5. Click SUBMIT below the new delivery date (shown in DD-MM-YYYY). Please double check that your delivery date has been updated so that your order is delivered on your preferred date.
