      Do I need to defrost my 'Heat & Eat' before cooking?

      Nope! The 'Heat & Eat' is made for your convenience, from frozen and ready in minutes! Instructions can be found directly on the box or you can view below. All 'Heat & Eat' products require the same instructions. 

      Microwave Instructions: 

      1. Remove Heat and Eat ramen from box and clear packaging  

      2. Place in suitable sized bowl 

      3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes 

      4. Wiggle noodles and break up any ice chunks

      5. Microwave for 2 more minutes 

      6. Slurps Up! 

       

      Stovetop Instructions: 

      1. Remove Heat and Eat ramen from box and clear packaging  

      2. Place in suitable sized saucepan 

      3. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes 

      4. Wiggle noodles and toppings to break apart 

      5. Cover pan and bring back to a boil 

      6. Slurps Up!
