Crafty Points are Discontinued

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to discontinue our Crafty Points loyalty program and referral program which will officially end on February 16th, 2025.

Why the change?

We’ve listened to our customer feedback and understand that this program hasn’t been the easiest to use, especially for our amazing customers who visit us in-store. 

Additionally, the cost of maintaining this feature on our platform has been higher than we’d like, and we’d rather invest those savings into offering you more exciting, personalized rewards in the future (more details on that soon!).

What this means for you:

Crafty Points can continue to be earned on any purchases until February 3rd, 2025. After that, our loyalty and referral programs will both be discontinued. 

You will then have until February 16th, 2025, to redeem any remaining Crafty Points for one-time discount codes. These codes will not expire and can still be used for future orders.
