If you would like to cancel your very first order please email us at email@example.com before Saturday at 5:00pm the week prior to your delivery and we will process this cancellation for you.
Use the following steps to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Crafty Account. Not able to log in? Find out why here.
- Select Manage Subscriptions from your account page (under Your Orders).
- Click Subscriptions at the top of the page.
- Click Edit in your Active Subscriptions.
- Scroll to the bottom of your subscription and click Cancel Subscription on the left-hand side.
- Please let us know the reason for cancelling your subscription in the box that will pop up on the side. Click Proceed.
- You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please hold on to this for future reference.
